WE SOURCE

OEM / ODM

There are two main models to create your product: finding and branding existing product (OEM) or designing and developing a whole new concept (ODM).

While OEM allows a quick and relatively low cost way to enter a market, with minimal fixed cost investment, ODM development allows you to create a truly unique product offering to set yourself apart from the competition.

Either method follows roughly the same development process - both requiring a solid and trusted vendor as a foundation to bringing your product to market.

Attending Tradeshows

Attending trade shows can be an effective way not only to source new product, but also to learn what your competitors are doing and to test market temperatures. It also the perfect occasion to meet several suppliers efficiently and keep great relations.

We visit trade shows, make contacts with vendors, analyse competitors and trends to provide a comprehensive report of the event.

Special Request

Drawing on our vast vendor’s network, we will source the right factory partner to develop and bring your specific requirement to the market. From sourcing existing open product (OEM) to designing and developing a wholly new concept (ODM), rest assured we will work with you from concept to reality.

Finding the right partner is crucial, as it's the building block behind your product: design, quality, development responsiveness, and cost all depend on a solid foundation.

Factory Relations

Building and maintaining strong relationships with the vendors will be a key to your success. Collaborative relationships with factories mean you’re first in line for new products and technologies, and you can rest assured that product quality and production efficiency will also benefit.

Operating in the same time zone as the factories allows us to maximize operational efficiency; and we all know there’s sometimes just no substitute for face to face meetings to make sure we’re all on the same page when it comes to deadlines, costs and product quality.
